The school came into existence on Monday 8th January, 1990 as a co-educational comprehensive institution with boarding facilities. It is located at Olayinka street off Mobolaji Bank Anthony way, Abule Onigbagbo, Ikeja. There are well equipped science laboratories for science subject, well stocked library, music room, computer room, French room and typing pool for Business studies as well as residential facilities for staff residence.
