School History
Odusona Memorial School was established on 8th September, 1984 by Deaconess Comfort Bisayo Sanda for her interest in children. So she dedicated the school to her late Father Pastor J.S.B Odusona, who had an orphanage and passion for the underprivileged children. The school opened with eight (8) pupils, the proprietress as the class teacher and two (2) female assistants at the proprietress residential flat. The school moved to a new site at 89, Iwaya Road, Onike-Iwaya on 8th September, 1986. The Ministry of Education granted a provisional approval to the Nursery on 19th March, 1988 and the Primary on 21st August, 1982. School population increased to 200 pupils with 7 teachers, 5 classes' assistants and three subject part time teachers, the school moved to her permanent site at 33/37, Olaboye Olaleye street, Iwaya on the 15th January, 2001. The school is continually making progress in academics and other educational activities till date.
