Our Mission Statement

This is contribute my quota to the development of education in our area, Lagos and Nigeria at large.

School History

Tolayope's Nursery and Primary School was founded as dream come true for me, my husband and three children when it was established in Sept. 1996. The name "TOLAYOPE" is coined from combination of my three children's names TOLUWALASE, AYOMIDE AND OPEOLUWA. Right from my early years, i had discovered my love and care for children, as a result of taking good care of younger ones, other relations in our area entrusted their children to my care likewise. This talent or gift was soon discovered by other members of our community, people nicknamed me teacher or nurse and urged me to take teaching or education, as a profession when i grew up. After my Secondary School Education i gained admission to study French Language at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. After meeting and construction of 4 classrooms, the school resumes on Monday 23rd Sept. 1996 with a teacher, 5 pupils, 2 boys and 3 girls, today we have population of over one hundred. I am ending this brief by thanking God for the success achieved.
