The school was established in 1984 by the elders of Free Gospel Society incorporated at 96, Palm avenue, Mushin. And it was decided to be named Markids Nursery and Primary School and to be situated at 12, Salako Crescent Mafoluku, Oshodi, later an approval was given by Ministry of Education in Lagos State in 1988. since inception, the school has been making steady growth in quality and standard of knowledge been imparted in children
