Our Mission Statement

The school was set up with the aim of contributing the proprietress quota to the growth and development of primary education in the state. Having served the govt. for 35 years, I have acquired a lot of practical experience that the present day educational sector can profit from. The teachers employed are to be exposed to the challenges involved in the educational system while the pupils would be given the best of education that can be compared to in other countries of the world.

School History

Funbis Nursery/Primary School was open on 25th Sept. 1995 for the 1995/96 academic session. The school took off with 5 teachers and 51 pupils. It was very keen on getting the school approved. This was vigorously pursued. The school got the letter of approval dated 30th April, 1996 Ref. No. MU/PE/AO/14PN/182. The school is co-educational and Day school. Qualified teachers are employed and subjects like Art, French, Computer, Music and Home Economics are also taught.
