School History
Local Authority Pry School 1, Ajara was founded in the year 1938 with eighteen pupils. The first and only teacher in the school was Late Pa Simeon Bankole Saidi. The first building of the school was built by communion effort of the people of Ajara-Topa Agamathen, VentoDoko and Agelasho. The school have prototype building and a uncompleted library building. The name of the school was changed from Native Authority to Egun-Awori District Council School in 1955 and later to L.A Pry School Ajara. So many headteachers have pass through the school and the school have participate in several competitions both Local and state level, Sports and academics. The school have won several awards and honours. Presently the school is gsving eleven teaching staff and three non-teaching staff. The present headteacher of the school is Mr. Todowede Hoteyin Abel.
