Our Mission Statement
A task that must be done in the school is learning and teaching the pupils so that at the end of their course they would be able to acquire the skills. To guide the pupils to have a good background for furthering their education.
  
School History
Local Authority Pry School 1, Ajara was founded in the year 1938 with eighteen pupils. The first and only teacher in the school was Late Pa Simeon Bankole Saidi. The first building of the school was built by communion effort of the people of Ajara-Topa Agamathen, VentoDoko and Agelasho. The school have prototype building and a uncompleted library building. The name of the school was changed from Native Authority to Egun-Awori District Council School in 1955 and later to L.A Pry School Ajara. Twenty five headteachers have headed, the school is presently split into two L.A. School 1 and 2 on 30th of June 2009, with 8 teachers and 11 N.T.S. Mr. E.E. Kuponu resumed as the headteacher of the school on 12th of Nov. 2009. At present we have 11 teachers and 19 N.T.S. with 556 pupils.
