Our Mission Statement
Thomas Birch Freeman who was the first to preach Christianity in Nigeria was a Methodist Church mission who introduced Sunday School. The School started as a Sunday School and there the 3Rs writing reading and arithmetic were taught. It took off with three classrooms built with bamboo and thatches. In 1945 there were two additional classrooms.
  
School History
The School name is Methodist Primary School Badagry. It was founded on 1st of Jan. 1940 by the Methodist Church of Nigeria Missionaries. The School started as a sunday school with twenty eight pupils. She grew to standard six in 1947 with only seven pupils. The first headteacher was Mr. M.O. Osinuga. She had produced many prominent old students. Presently she had grew upto 623 pupils with fifteen teacher and twenty eight non-teaching staff.
