School History
There is nothing more powerful than an idea. Everything humans have made or invented was first preceded by an idea. As matter of fact, inventions are often called ones brain child” in essence, the mind can be that produce reality. Towards this ends, vision is the source and hope of life, inspired to established a Nursery& Primary school with total commitment to providing qualitative education, on the 20th September, 1999 by the grace of God the great provider, director and actualizer of vision Winsford Nursery & Primary School was established with eleven (11) pupils five boys and six girls. At the beginning the school started with the name Winners Academy Nursery and Primary but the name was dropped when at time of undergoing Registration and approval progress we have told that only Government owned institution can be named Academy. The name Winsford was accepted for approval as Private school.
