To lay a good and solid foundation which will be a stepping stone for the child in becoming a responsible member of the society through training by experienced and qualified teachers and the use of modern facilities.

School History

MAYODE PRIVATE SCHOOL was established in Sept. 2007 situated at No. 33, Omobo Shokelu Street, Opposite Lagos State Polytechnic, First Gate, Ikorodu, Lagos State. The school was established by seasoned and experienced educationist with a desire to provide sound and qualitative education with moral values and godliness that will make a child responsible to himself and the society at large. The establishment of the school was pre-conceived in 2003 and the sponsor has been planning to bring to realization not just another school but the one that will impact positively in the life of the children that has been ordained by God to pass through it. The school was approved by Lagos State Ministry of Education in the year 2008. The school started with just four (4) pupils and six teachers on the first day it was opened and is having a total number of 128 pupils on roll as at May 2011. The school has the necessary facilities for Nursery and Primary Education that will give the children the necessary exposure that will ensure conducive learning environment and enable them face future life challenges. The school is being administered by a board of Governors made up of people who have excelled in various fields of human endeavours. The school presently has a team of qualified and experienced teachers that are motivated and dedicated and will bring the mission of the school to fruition.
