The school was opened on the 4th of August with the proprietor Mr. Adenaike and Mr. Ita Bassey (Principal) and others went round the locality to canvas students for admission process and finally opened on 12th of July, 2004. The school employed teaching staff and non teaching staff. Starting with Senior Secondary students and later improvement of number of pupils based on the school acdemic performance.
