Mic-flow School began as an idea conceived in 2001, but it was not untill September, 2002 before the proprietor took the first step toward actualising this dream by engaging in the sponsorship (Scholarship) of students into various institutions of learning. In 2003, the Proprietor, Mr. Micheal Owolabi got two plots of land along Emily Idayat street, to put up a structure with the intent of starting an school. It began as a preparatory centre in 2004 where students were prepared for West African Examination Council, National Examination Council and General Certificate Examination. On the 18th September, 2006 the preparation centre was upgraded into a full fledge secondary school and the first set of students were registered.
