The school is a co educational secondary institution of the Lagos Anglican Dioceses. It was established in the year 1994 but actually took off as a school in October 18th, 1996 (St.Luke's Day). The founder and visioner of the school is the most Rev. Dr. Joseph Abiodun Adetiloye. The Pioneer Principal is Ven. J. Odejide, now the Bishop of Anglican Missionary Dioscesof Ifo, Ogun State
