School History
What is today known as Kembos College come into being in 1981. The objective of setting up the school was to contribute to the improvement of the standard of education which had nose-dived. The founding fathers thought it logical to kick off from the Nursery/Primary level. An uncompleted lessons began. This led to the admission of full time pupils which commended in 1990. Having done exceedingly well in the area of Nursery/Primary Education the management came under severe pressure from grateful parents and ever-observing members of the public to add another feather to its cap by founding a college which would serve as a final moulding point for not only the graduating students from Kembos Private School but also for pupils who came from other qualitative primary schools. This therefore led to the establishment of Kembos College. After feasibility studies was carried out in 1998 a site was developed and Kembos College was officially opened on the 26th of September, 2001 with students admitted into JSS 1 and JSS II.
