School History
The school was created from Lagos city college on September 11, 1981. It started with 472 students and 15 staff members. The school was sharing the same premises with Lagos city college until January 1, 1982 when it moved to its present. In 1982/83 session, the school was changed to junior secondary school. The SS1, SS2 and SS3 boys students of the school were posted to Ayetoro Grammar school while the girls were posted to Herbert Macaulay girls high school on October 18, 2002. The school is a co-educational since inception and offers virtually all subjects. Its population as at 2012/2013 academic session was one thousand and thirteen (1013) students.
