School History

The school was established on the 4th August, 2003 as Upward Nursery and primary School. It started as coaching classes with a population of forty-six pupils during the holidays. When proper school classes commenced on 22nd of September, 2003 the population went down to thirty-two. After a name search at Alausa, it was discovered that there was a school bearing Upward Nursery and Primary School. The name was changed to Tofdam Nursery and Primary School and was registered at the Ministry of Education Alausa 5th December, 2003. The school came to the permanent site on 8th January, 2007 and now has twelve classes
