School History

The school was founded on 24th July, 1944. The first headteacher of the school was Mrs. Bucknor. the school was sited at No 2 Turton Street, Lagos. The school was later moved to No 3, Keffi Street Lagos in 1957. As the population increased, the school was moved to her permanent site at 7/10 Akanbi Danmola street, Ikoyi South West. The school is known for high standard of performance in games and sports, singing, Drama and also the academic performance in the National Common Entrance and UBE by Cas examination.
