School History

The school was founded in 1940 with a population of nineteen pupils and a teacher by the Western Region Government with the name Local Authority School In 1977, the name was changed to Lagos island Local Government School and finally changed to Olomu primary School and finally to Olomu Primary School . Presently, it had a population of one thousand and seven pupils (1000) eleven teaches (11) and twelve (12) non teaching staff
