School History
The school was established on 29th January,1960, as a result of the separation of boys and girls from an existing school. The first headteacher was Mr. Ogunnaike. The school ran two shift morning/afternoon sessions. The school was taken over by Lagos state government in 1972. As a result of the inception of UPE the school was divided into St Georges Boys School and 2. Alh.Lateef Jankande moved the afternoon school in 1980 leaving the morning which today is the present St.Georges Boys School
