School History

Education in Nigeria has been a serious problem for some years now. Parents who appreciate the benefits of quality education are no doubt alarmed at the continuous deteriorating of standard education, most especially in our government schools. This is caused by many problems. Irregular and poor salary, inadequate infrastructure, lack of qualified and educated teachers to mention a few. This situation is made worse by students non â€“ challant attitude towards their studies, examination malpractices all over whereby parents and government as a whole could not save this situation alone this brought about wide spread particticipation of the private sectors in education. Hence the director of the school Pst. (Mrs.) S.M Olotu a seasoned educationist with several years of experience. a displinarian an ardent lover of children She holds B.Edu, she is endowed with a wealth experience both in teaching and schools administration that had longed to have an ideal school where young minds would be moulded to enhance future development of our great leaders in the society with God on her side set up the school on 27th September 2007. DonaRemy Montessori School was established in honour of our beloved mother Late Mrs. Remilekun Folorunso who was a mother indeed caring and a lover of kids the School is set up to serve as a home away for children with the view to preparing them for better future lives and high standard of academic achievement.
