As written by 1st headteacher Mr. Dasunmu S.A . The School was formally opened and incepted on Monday 10th May, 1948 by the teaching staff, parents and some interested Ijede public by 8.00 a.m. The Admission numbered 57pupils classified into infants 1 a,b,& c respectively. Among the prominent members of the Ahmadiyyah movement present were Alhaji Salisu Abass, Messrs A.A. Hassan, Lawal F.Olutosin, Yekinni Agbona & many others.
