School History
The school was established by the Lagos-state ministry of Education on the 1st of July 1979. Disabled and Wounded Soldiers at war started the agitation of influencing the government to established a government primary school at Abule-Egba on their settlement. The school was named '' Army Children'' on establishment to honour the soldiers for their great effort. The community is now enjoying the government favour because a block of six classrooms with modern facilities was constructed for ARMY CHILDREN SCHOOL by SCRPS LAGOS-STATE in 2006. The newly constructed classrooms thus enhances enrollment. The pupils population now is above one thousand with twenty-three teachers and thirteen Non-teaching staff. The pupils are now progressing academically with the new montesoorri method of learning newly introduced called LASIP.
