School History

The school was splitted into two by the L.G.E.A on the 24th of October 2005. It was carved out of Abaranje/ Okerube Primary School, Abaranje. The Headteacher was Mrs Omoniyi while the Assistant was Mrs Ola F.O. The school was named Local Government Primary School Abaranje but later change to Okerube Primary School Abaranje. The population of the school then then was 215 boys and 216 girls total 431. In march 2nd 2013 the school was splited again with the population boys 190 girls and 159 girls total 358 presently the school is known as Okerube Primary School I, Abaranje
