The school was carved out of Igando Community Junior High School as result of large population by Education District 1 on 19th September, 2011. Mrs. E.O. Shotubo was posted to the school as the pioneer Principal with two Vice Principals in persons Mrs. Lawal O.A. and Miss. Nariwo A.A. as well as twenty one teaching staff and three non teaching staff. The pioneer students were 1429.
