Won 2nd and 5th prizes in vision of the Child Painting Competition 2013 organized by Lagos Black Heritage and won Cheques of two hundred thousand naira and one hundred and twenty thousand naira respectively among the best six finalists .

The school was established on 6th of January, 2003.Is located at No 1, Onitolo Street, Surulere.The pioneer Principal, Mr. Jokotoye G.O, with the Vice Principal, Mrs. V.O. Ojo, Thirteen (13) teachers, three non teaching staff and seven hundred and twenty five (725) students (378 boys and 347 girls started the junior school. Mrs. Odubawo O.T. assumed duty as the new Principal on the 10th of June, 2008, staff strength is 20, 16 teaching staff and 4 non teaching staff
