School History

Eva Adelaja Junior Girls Secondary School, Bariga was established in 1964 for the posterity of womanhood by Late Mrs Evangeline Adebayo Adelaja and was named Girls Secondary Grammar School, Bariga. By January 2003, the school was split into senior and junior sections according to the directive on secondary school restructuring in Lagos State. The school is noted for excellence as our slogan is "Eva Excellence, Excellence Eva". We are committed to train the girl-child to achieve excellence in both academic performance, character and life skills.
